JoHa Treatment Day #1 - 8:45am
2614 W Jefferson St - Joliet <> 815/725-1355
Dr. Kulumani Sivarajan

Leslee dropped Gr Nancy off for her appointment. I met them there to introduce myself to the staff. We spent time together laughing and and playing games on her iPad. I left shortly after noon. She was in the midst of having her lunch. Slightly drowsy from the Benedryl they gave her at the beginning of the procedure. She was going to try to get a little nap before Leslee arrives between 2:45-3:00p.

                       9:30a - Follow Up (Exam Rm 6)
                       9:45a - Chemo (Chair #5)
I have spoken to Stevie and Juliette.  Both have offered to help w anything if mom needs it.
Stevie 815-685-7837
Juliette 815-919-3900
Juliette is an RN which could be a huge help.  She said to give her a call if Mom needs ANYTHING.
Stevie has offered to drop anything off, ie: groceries or supplies.  He has also offered to check anything out on the home that may need repaired or whatever.  He owns properties and maintains all of them.  He could be very helpful if something goes wrong on a house that is over a hundred years old!
Thanks for everyone helping out.  It is so greatly appreciated!!!
Love you all!

Event:         "AIDA" Showcase
                    Illinois High School Assoc
                    All State Theatre Production
Location:     Glenbard North High School

Granny Nancy joined us in going to Hailey's production. Hailey is the dance captain and is also in the ensemble. We had a small group (12) attend for the limited seating that was provided each cast member. Afterwards we had lunch at Santa Fe Restaurant in Glen Ellyn. Joining us for lunch were: Aunty M, Aunt Terri, Debbie, Dustyn, Vida, Cousin Jen, Gr Nancy and myself.

Our day started at 8:30am. The Showcase began at 10:00am. Gr Nancy was returned home just before 3:30p.

The showcase was outstanding. Hailey shined like the sun! We all had fun catching up at lunch and laughing a lot!

Hi Mom.  I know you're going to the oncologist today.  Good luck.  Chemo starts next week.  Wondering if you have seen this blog yet and all the messages?
Love you! Loren
Good morning Mom!  Happy New Year's Eve.  It's almost 2020.  Any thoughts on any new resolutions?  (besides a new bed, lol)  I'm pondering myself.  Thought maybe I could get some ideas from you! What are you up to today?  Will you be banging pots and pans like we did as kids with Baba?  LOL.
Love you! Loren
Hi Aunt Nancy and Lor... this is Steve...I’m not tech savvy enough to have or remember emails and passwords so I’m sharing Jan’s. (Be nice with the comments everyone!! Lol)
